The STH hiring committee will review all applications to confirm eligibility
ü Selected applicants will be invited for a face-to-face interview ü Unsuccessful applicants will be sent a letter to that effect |

Face-to-Face Interviews |
During the interview, applicants will be evaluated on their answers to questions
ü Successful applicants will demonstrated their qualifications as measured by the hiring rubric/position posting requirements |

Step 4. |
Notifications |
Applicants will be notified of the interview outcomes
ü Successful applicants’ will receive an offer letter, after their references have been contacted, additional steps will be required to formally accept the position ü Unsuccessful applicants will be sent a letter to that effect |
